Operations and Maintenance

Operations and Maintenance services provided by SEIDCON cross broad IT areas and may include:  help desk and user desk top support services, server management; data center operations; network monitoring and administration; video teleconferencing; field operations monitoring; metric and SLA performance monitoring and assessment; communications systems (satellite, fiber optic, land mobile radios, switched systems, etc); installation of hardware/software upgrades; main frame and high performance computing; and computer and communications facilities.

SEIDCON’s Corporate Quality Control Plan empowers all employees to be responsible for Quality Assurance operations.  In all aspects of our operation and maintenance performance for our clients, QC inspections by QC managers and line supervisors as well as peer reviews and risk assessments at all levels help ensure high percentages of service availability in supporting mission requirements.
